Disaster Preparedness

Two of the hardest things to convince people of are this (1) that despite their surroundings they are worthy of the best life has to offer, and (2) they need to prepare for an unforeseen and the unexpected.

“NEPTA Exist to fully prepare families, businesses, municipalities, hospitals, and more for the unforeseen and the unexpected. Truly….It’s not a question of “if” you’ll be affected by a disaster, the question is When?” Families please visit www.myredfolder.com. Disaster Response Training

The number of natural disasters has doubled in the last 30 years, economic costs have quadrupled in size, and the fact that approximately 40% of all businesses never return after a disaster is often overlooked. A new strategy is needed.

If designated responders aren’t properly trained to respond, then a true catastrophic situation could be greatly exacerbated. NEPTA has committed to preparing all States, local government, first responders, and more with the most up to date disaster training modules and online classes in the industry. NEPTA will soon be offering professional certifications for many of the courses that will be offered.  Our courses are developed by certified trained experts who have over a combined 100 years of experience in the disaster preparedness, response, and recovery industry. Please take a look at our expanding course list that will soon be available to the general public, and please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding live classes (we come to you) or questions regarding our upcoming online courses.

Disaster Recovery

Emergencies and disasters happen all the time, in every community, and when we least expect them. NEPTA has determined that there is a severe shortage in trained responders. If designated responders aren’t properly trained to respond; then.

“It’s logical and evident that without a new strategy the number of lives lost and the economic costs will continue to escalate at a higher rate. While many other Disaster Recovery agencies are rearranging the same deck chairs, NEPTA has taken a look at what will be hitting us in the near future. This is why we have taken a new approach to disaster preparedness, response, and recovery in relation to continuity planning for families, businesses, municipalities, ministries, hospitals, Indian Tribes, and more. The NEPTA Leadership and staff understand the difficulties and needs of being prepared for any type of disaster whether natural or man-made.

Disaster Response Training

It has been said that we will not just rise to the occasion, but rather rise only to our level of training. This statement has proven to be true. Training is essential to ensure everyone knows what to do in an emergency or disaster. Proper training is important to effectively respond in a time of crisis. NEPTA Instructors believe in providing real world training with an academic foundation to better prepare those individuals responding to disasters.
